While many patients are happy with their results, there is always a potential you will not be. Individual results can vary and at the San Diego LASIK Institute we take great pride in caring for our patients. LASIK is a surgery with inherent risks and side effects that need to be discussed with your doctor. Although it is impossible to make everyone happy, we try our best. We do not solicit good or bad reviews. We try our best for each patient. In the past, we have thanked patients for taking the time to share their experiences and being members of our patient family with thank you cards and gift certificates at about 1% the value of their procedure but have ended this process a long time ago. Celebrities are not compensated for their reviews. We do not pay for reviews to be removed. Family members and staff members are not asked for their reviews. Patients are free to voice their opinion positively or negatively, but if you have a bad experience we do hope you contact us directly so we can try to make it good one.
