Dr. Pham then served as the lead LASIK and cataract surgeon at the Lincoln Eye and Laser Institute in Nebraska. With his return to Southern California, central San Diego LASIK surgery got a native son back; patient satisfaction with LASIK in San Diego and eye care has never been better.
